Re: Flopped flush vs 2 limpers - big bets

I'd be in this hand to the showdown.

I agree with the previous poster regarding raising it after the SB's flop bet. Given the size of his bet and your stack sizes, you're likely to be all-in on...

Re: Live games at the Casino vs Online

[ QUOTE ]

There is a 1-1 NL game max buy in for 40.

[/ QUOTE ]

Where were you playing? Just curious. I've only played Commerce and Hustler and neither place has a $40 max game.

Re: How much to value open-ended straight flush draws?

Thanks for all the insta-feedback. If anyone wants to chime in on how horribly weak my fold was, feel free to do so. I'd been kicking myself for it, but sometimes you need to be kicked by a dozen...

How much to value open-ended straight flush draws?

Full Tilt needs to get some proper hand histories.

FullTilt .25/.50 NL $50 max full ring

BB is a...

Knowing when to lay down QQ

So there's a raise in front from someone who seems somewhat loose and a little aggressive, but I have not much of a read on him, so I just call to see if an Ace hits the flop. No read on the big...

Re: Flopped flush + Open Ended Straight flush draw,

I would call. You're getting 2.5:1 for your money with a made hand that is both vulnerable and a draw to the nuts. If it turns out someone else has a bigger flush or draws out on you, just brush it...

Re: Speeding with presto? How hard to push at the river?

Even when assuming he's only going to raise with the top six pairs and AK-AT suited and AK and AQ offsuit, seems you're only behind 67-33, which is what you got out of the pot just by calling.

Re: PP 25NL, AK UTG

My call on the river is pretty bad, considering the fact that I checked, intending to call a small bet and fold a large bet.

What else should I have done?
