Re: General tells
One that I find is pretty reliable is that people with a winning hand want to keep the game moving quickly. In doing this, they will reach out and organize the chips quickly and possibly tell the...

Re: LAG problems
I have a friend that is the same way. He plays fairly tight when he is low on chips, but once he wins a pot, look out! He looks at almost every hand and quadruples the blinds. The end result is that...

Re: KEM Cards
Yeah those poker size arrow cards are expensive right now. At first I wanted a set, but I really don't think they're worth $75.
I like the bridge size as well. I've gotten used to them and they...

Re: eBay Poker Chips Problem
I'm not sure if he was going through a supplier or not.
He said he would send out the blue chips on the 21st. Well, I emailed him yesterday and he says "looks like the supplier didn't send us...

Re: Fake KEMs on ebay??
Sounds like a fake deck to me. I can't imagine KEM making that bad of a deck. Mine are from someone on eBay and the quality is great. I would definitely try to send these back to the seller....

Re: Copag customer service
Yeah it's pretty messed up how KEM is out of everything. It's really hard to find the Arrow design, for instance. Copag is really going to give them some tough competition if they don't get their act...

Re: Playing cards for home games?
I second eBay. Most places will sell their own stuff on eBay cheaper than you can get it through their own store. Check around though and watch out for outrageous shipping prices!

Re: Threaded or Flat
Flat all the way.
Like someone else said, I wouldn't go to this forum if I couldn't switch it to flat. What would be nice is if the owners switched to VBulletin forum software. It has a lot more...

Re: Warped KEM cards
I just got a set of KEM cards the other day on eBay. I don't think they should be warped at all. It might be hard to fix. I would honestly talk to the seller and let them know you want an exchange....

Re: eBay Poker Chips Problem

Are these chips actually top quality or do they feel "chalky" with scuffs on them and possibly some designs being messed up, these are what the ebayers usually sell. They aren't the real...

See I don't get that. The guy totally ignores me. I sent me completely wrong chips (not color choices I wanted, and not what was quoted in auction) and the case was clearly used. I don't know why he...

So if you were to buy KEM cards, would you get bridge or regular size? Do you think these bridge ones will be ok for my home games?

Re: eBay Poker Chips Problem
Yeah I just realized that the case is used too. It has an old poker chip in it that's not in the style I ordered. It also has a stain on the top lid. Argghhh. His auction says that everything in the...
