Re: Here we go again...

I should have titled this thread "How to make poker players go on tilt without playing cards." One more time. Playing online poker is not the same as playing with "real" cards.

I don't think I...

Here we go again...

On my last post I posted that online poker is not the same as playing with "real" cards. I was amazed to see a straight flush beat another straight flush.

I thought that was amazing but I was...

Do internet sites set you up?

The more I play online poker the more I am convinced they have what I call scenerio hands. In hold'em two individuals cards give them really strong hands, they both bet strong casuing a large rake...

Re: Internet Poker Sites

Internet Poker Sites

I have been playing on Pacific Poker for a few months. Every time it is the same senerio. I deposit some money, barring a few bad beats I usually double or triple my money. Then it stops. The...

Re: Maximum bet and agression

Maximum bet and agression

I'm going to try posting again. I must not have been clear as to what I was trying to find out in my last post. I was looking for a discussion on agression and the size of the maximum bet. No one...

Re: Is super tight the only way to play mico-limit?

I ususally play very agressive when I get a good hand. I usually raise and reraise before the flop. Then usually even if I don't hit a good flop I still bet or raise at least once more just to try...

Is super tight the only way to play mico-limit?

I have found that if I play super tight on Party Poker .5/1 I usually do pretty well. By super tight I mean only AA - 77 and AK, AQ. Sometimes I may try and see the flop cheaply with a smaller pair....

Re: How to go from third to first

Obviously I wouldn't play 22 as agressive as higher pairs. With 22 I would raise before the flop. If there is a substantial re-raise I would probably fold. If I get to see the flop and don't hit...
