I would have folded to a raise also since i never had seen this person either bet or raise. Not raising with the nuts convinced me even more that this is indeed a very passive player...

MP3 calling preflop for me is a sign of a marginal hand, KQo, QJ or something like that.
I like the flop play alot, reraising from your position would probably have put alot less money in the flop....
