Re: AA hand- what to do?

The Turn underbet openned a door for this bully to make a move on you. Knowing he is a bully AND this session showed you proof, then you call. If you would have pot bet the Turn he wouldn't have...

Opponent is very LAG been calling 4xBB pre-FP raises with J5 off, T6off. If he limps then he'll call almost any raise. After the flop he stays aggressive. He is EP and limps I in SB AKoff Raise...

Re: suited connectors 5-10 and above.

If you open for a raise and get it head-up with position, then what are some bad flops besides ones that don't hit you?

PokerTracker filters.

Does anyone have some "known hand filter" they could pass on to me via email or link? I'm looking for different ways to analyze my data, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Lost too much with KK?

Your pre-flop raise was a little small next time try 120ish. For two reasons. #1 your out of position the whole hand. #2 The first person calling your raise receives one 1.4-1 pot odds. The...

Re: Set on Turn what would you have done???

I thought to pop it to 20-25, but I wanted to keep him in to break him. Immediately I put him on a mid-pair or two big cards. So I wasn't afraid of the draw. His Re-raise suprised me some, but I...

Re: AA or KK SH (6max) How to Maximize Profit...? 5-10NL and above.

Allow me to clarify this discussion only applies to a very specific situation. If what your saying is correct about player 5-10 and above then only when they have strong hands will they take your...

Re: AA or KK SH (6max) How to Maximize Profit...? 5-10NL and above.

This is in reference to #1 folded to you on Button. What about limping in. If you raised 3x-5x, you'll almost always make no money. 6 handed the odds of the blinds holding strong hands when you...

AA or KK SH (6max) How to Maximize Profit...? 5-10NL and above.

Okay too many times in short handed games your delt the enviable AA or KK hands (QQ could be included also), but you too frequently only steal the blinds with a raise. So let's take three scenarios....

Re: 5/10 pl KK hand

This looks like you ran into a set. His Turn re-reraise looks dangerous. Do you think he'd do that with AQ or KQ? Especially after you check-raised him? As hard as it seems you probably need to...

Re: Tough call $50 Party NL

His flop RR mostly likely signaled he needed to protect his Q against those same draws. The Turn card is not really a scare card for you. The check call is fine because you have the best hand. The...

Re: QQ from SB Full Table 1-2 Party

Re: QQ from SB Full Table 1-2 Party

Doesn't the two smooth calls concern you. What if he moves all-in on the river for his remaining 100 (you have about 90 left). Do you call?
