Re: dear God when will it end?
being a server myself, I don't tip at starbucks, dunkin donuts, etc., because they don't SERVE me the way I do throughout an entire dining experience. Have I felt guilty at times about it? Yes, but...

Re: Strategy Advice
I'm certainly not going to advocate that I know ANYTHING more than what I've learned through online and live play, in addition to what I've learned from 2+2.
However, the idea of playing tight...

Re: % hands played pre flop?
thanks stu, that's good to hear, even at 6max. I've toyed with moving to 6max because I think I ould do well there, and if I can feel confident at VPIP at %20 in full ring games, I feel good about...

% hands played pre flop?
I'm sure this has been gone over before, but I've tried to search for it and I must not be good at using the search engine. I've become primarily a tourney player, both MTT and SNGs, but I like to...

2+2 help ROCKS!
I've only posted a few hands over the past couple of days, but I've delved into MTT and SNGs as my main format of play, mostly because I enjoy them more than cash games, but also because I feel that...

Re: Full Tilt FT 20+2 - AQ in BB facing 1 limper
Thanks, that's what I figured. I can't just keep trying to climb the ladder if I want to win these things, which is why I pushed. If I get lucky and double up there, I'm in good shape.
Thanks...

Full Tilt FT 20+2 - AQ in BB facing 1 limper
Table is pretty tight, no one doing anything out of the ordinary. Almost all hands that are shown are AJ+ or mid PP+. Lots of raising pre-flop then folding behind.
One limper early, I find AQ in...

Re: two more quick ones - I\'m playing weak, dang!
O.K., I was getting pissed at how unlike me I was playing, decided to switch gears. I pull AK in the SB, MP raises 3x BB, so I push. I pushed because I really thought he had AQ-AT, maybe mid pocket...

two more quick ones - I\'m playing weak, dang!
I rarely EVER play this weak, don't know why I'm giving these players so much credit. Just got moved to this table, so again, no reads. I usually limp with JJ and AK in early position to see if I...

very early in PP 30+3 MTT - what do I do??!?!
Fifth hand in the tourney, no reads, don't know what to do after two cold callers behind. Any suggestions? I know I probably should have CB the flop just to test the waters, but, with such short...

in the meantime...PP vs. overcards flop
Villian (pamellasue59) is VERY aggro, raising multiway pots and then betting the flop hard when overcards hit. My call here was questionable yes, but I was just trying to take a different line with...

full tilt hand history - proper converter?
I've been playing on full tilt mostly, and I want to start posting some hands for advisement, but bisonbison said it did not recognize the hand history that I pasted into the input box.
Any...

Re: Is this too weak a line?
yeah, I was considering the value bet, but I really didn't want him to try and pop me with the backdoor flush or two pair possibilies showing.

Is this too weak a line?
Early in the tourney, no real reads on the players yet. I limp UTG+1, watch SB raise preflop. I can put him on any ace, pocket pair, maybe KQ-KT. SB Leads out on the flop, I play along with him. ...

I think that exit music is probably my fave song on the album, followed by karma police and paranoid android.
As far as ranking the albums, I believe that the Bends is actually BETTER than OK...
