Re: JJ vs a nuisance raiser

What do you mean, nuisance raiser?

With a good read, I like your play, without, I call and see a flop.

Re: Boy, SNG\'s are a blast

9 at once to take a shot?

Taking a shot means playing 1 or 2 when you have money to spare, not 9 if your bankroll isn't ready for it.

Re: I am in the middle of the most vicious downswing of my career.

Why the change from SnGs to NL?

I am still playing SnGs mostly but once in a while NL.

$22 Flop set, getting most money out of it.

Do you always bet the flop here?

What else do you do differently?

A royal flush on the last hand to win the tournament

Same thing as:

Grand Slam to win baseball game?

Hole in one to win golf tournament?

Just happened to me.

Only a $20 SnG but hey, I am happy.

I usually call here, usually raise with JJ and always with QQ.

Re: Ligenfelter Z06

[ QUOTE ]

There's essentially nothing you can do to a vette to get it to 1.7, and 3.5 sounds about right. The Z06 does 3.9, iirc.

Re: running so good you don\'t want to play? (NC)

Yes, my 2006 goal, take my time for decisions involving my whole stack rather than just push all in even thoug I know I am behind.

Not sure I like it. Would put you at around 50-55% depending on his crazy range.

Re: $22 - A9 in SB on ragged board

I don't like the 150 raise with A9 after a caller. If you wree 1st in the pot, then fine, but just fold here.

Re: $22 - KJs in the BB

I think you probably have the best hand on the flop.

With a flush draw and straight out there, I bet instead of check.

Since you checkes, I would now thinking about reraising.

$22-Protecing my blinds, standard or too agressive?

With a small stack I will push but what about with a stack this size? Like the play or does anyone fold here?

Raiser has been rather tight but that doesn't mean much as he is on the button.
