You can be a lot more creative with NL and genearally the cards don't even matter.

I rarely if ever play at the casino because its very inefficient to do so with online poker and 400 hands an hour.

I would define reraising as raising a raise.
Most commonly the situation would be 3 betting your opponent.

3 betting is extremely important in NL poker and underused, so you better practice.

These guys have no talent and are just abusing Party Poker's incompetence.

I've watched him play a little and he seems to be a very good player. He's good at hand reading and is fearless. But one week he will run bad and lose over 500k.
