Boston is a very low scoring team I'm not sure that the line is way off.
I like Ottawa at -1.5, I got it when it was +205 yesterday, it's down to +194, I think it's a good bet even at +194. Philly...

I'd check raise the flop to try and trap SB. If you're going to bet out, you have to 3-bet when he raises you. bet calling the flop and check raising a blank river screams set.

Well aside from the obvious 3bet PF, I like it. You don't beat a lot of hands on the turn or river. The pot is laying you 7:1, but I don't think you're good that often.
