FWIW...I'm thinking I played this poorly, but I ended up getting all the money in with the best hand. Villain turned over KQ and proceeded to river a Q to knock me out of the tournament.

It's a little cliche, but people call with any piece of the flop at these lower buyins. You just have to grin and bear it because things will catch up in the "long run". It's still tough to swallow...

Just read your post again...you are asking about Limit Hold'Em. My reply caters to NL. Sorry for the confusion. I don't play many LHE tournaments so I can't speak intelligently about them.

All you can do is wait it out. If your stack is getting blinded off, look for spots to steal blinds without giving up your whole stack and pray nobody calls you down. There's really nothing to do...

Wilson's Turbo Texas Hold'Em is pretty good (IMO). They make one cd for ring games and one for MTT. Google it and you'll find their website.
