Re: When did I become soft in the money (LC)
I dont think he would fold 25%, he is getting about the right pot odds to call even if he is 100% sure he is dominated (which he is not). All the same you probly have the best hand and I would push...

How many multi sng\'s till good guess on ROI?
I have heard a lot of talk about how you need to play 1000 1 table sng's to have an even semi-accuarate idea of what your real ROI is, I was wondering how many 18 or 27 person sng's I would have to...

PS turbo ROI
How much of an advantage does one give up when one plays the 9 player turbos on poker stars? I know that it becomes more of a crap shoot because you only see a few hands and the blinds go up rapidly,...

Implied odds and probability question
I have been playing loose ring games lately and made a few playing adjustments to compensate for the enourmous implied odds. The first is that I buy in with a full stack, the second is that I will...

Re: Something im completely unsure of
I agree that the pot odds are good here, but you have little implied odds and your stack is big enough to insulate you against a bed run of cards and bieng blinded for many many hands. Also if you...

Re: KK facing overbet on the turn
I would do something like this:
Set = 35% cance of holdng * 10 % chance of winning = .035
+
Flush Draw = 20% * 75% = .15
+
AA = 15% * 10% = .015
+
QQ, JJ, TT, = 15% * 90% = .135
+

Re: PP25NL, Laying Down a Set
I agree with raising but I'd probly raise a small amount maby 5$ this should be enough to turn him off a bluff, and he will probly re-raise all in if he has the flush. If he does re-raise all in now...

Early in STT's (rounds 1 and 2) I beleive it is correct to play very tight PF, (as the TOP would indicate). I have seen several players have sucess doing the opposite. They limp into a bunch of...
