Is this the right approach?
As was suggested, I started playing at PS instead of party.
This is a hand that I thought I played okay, but I would like someone to confirm or deny that.

When to stop
I'm a holdem player..blah, blah, blah...
I still feel pretty lost playing this game. I've read West's book, SS, and 7CSFAP. I'm not sure when I need to slow down in this hand. I have no reads...

Re: Stealing w/J8s Dick Caught in Vice
Man, my dick is constantly caught in this vice. This is exactly how I would play this, but I never feel comfortable doing it. Blind steals are great until they call. I feel like if I make any sort...

Waiting until the turn to raise
UTG was loose and passive. MP3 was tight. When MP3 limp-raised, I thought "I've got aces, how can he have them."
With the pot so big I thought maybe this was one of the hands that I should wait...

Re: hoh2 and amazon
Was yours a pre-order? Did you pay the old (lower) price? Did you contact via e-mail or phone?
Thanks.

Re: TT hand, overcard on the flop

I think I agree with you on the turn bet, my equity seems to be high enough to make it a value bet.
If button raises I think a lot depends on what MP1 does. If MP1 folds then it's...

Re: I think I played this flop wrong
I actually like you line on all streets. Are you folding on the flop to a bet? If not, you might as well bet yourself. Without reads it's tough to say, but I don't see a T checking this flop, and...

Re: TT hand, overcard on the flop
I absolutely hate the check on the turn. There is no idication that you are beat (although there could be a dirty ace out there), but you can't afford to give a free card on that board. There is the...

Re: Value bet on river.
Actually I'm not sure. From what I understand, the typical Party player is pretty passive. This is with in the first 5 hands at the table so I don't have any specific reads on the player.

Value bet on river.
First of all, I just started playing at Party and boy are the games great(captain obvious strikes again). I've been playing PS and Crypto which seem to have a tighter 1/2 game.
Okay, here's my...

Re: KK out of Position with Heavy Action
I think you're line is fine. On the turn, when the BB wakes up I get a little worried, but there is no way I'm laying this hand down with that board. Maybe that's a leak for me.

Re: TPTK get raised on turn
Just curious, where and what level do you play?
I edited my last post to clarify, but if you didn't see it I'm playing 1/2 at a pokerplex.
