Re: AK at a Party 22
Anyone have any thoughts? I haven't been running too well the past couple days so I'm trying to at least control what i can control.

1) Move up to the 33's, maybe the 55's(currently struggling in the 22's)
2) Win the Bodog ACC poker championship if they have it again.

Re: Is bubble play limited to 4 handed?
Now you're arguing semantics. Of course you adjust. It's not adjusting to the bubble, it's just adjusting to being short-handed. You can be shorthanded without being on the bubble.

Re: Top pair on the flop, gets raised, what to do?
I don't worry about knocking out the shorty here at all. There's plenty of money in the side pot and the shortstacked player is nowhere near being a threat. I believe the only effect that the all-in...

Re: What makes a great SnG player?
I'll bite on the topic. I have 3 other friends that play poker online, all very smart people. We've read all the "good" books and discussed their relative merits at length. Three of us(thankfully me...

Re: $22: Pocket 10s against preflop reraise
I agree with splashpot. UTG is already in the hand, you've got plenty of chips for this blind level, why not limp and play your TT for set value, or possibly an overpair.
As for how the hand...

Re: Is this cheating by bet365poker.com????? HELP
They're probably bullet-proof legally, however your story certainly generates bad PR. That might be all that they're willing to offer you, but it's certainly your right as a consumer to bug them...

Re: 10+1 SnG
Flop would've been a great time to bet and see if he had a diamond.

Re: $22, J8o, bubble, need a quick check-up
I don't like it. You have two people already interested in this pot, some but not a ton of fold equity, and a terrible, terrible, terrible hand. If there were no callers I'd like this push a lot...

Ended up pushing. He turned over AQ and caught a couple of Aces. Pretty representative of how things have been going lately...

Re: KJo in the BB
Ahh, I see. I think I panicked a bit as far as how my stack looked in relation to the blinds. I ended up pushing, he called with A2c and I hit a couple of Kings to double up.

Re: KJo in the BB
I'm just starting to get back to playing SNGs a lot again. I believe Stop and Go means to call a raise out of position and then bet/push any "safe" flop. Sure there's no raise here, but I fail to see...

Re: Push w/ small stack at table?
Yeah, I don't want to say "never steal here" because there's certainly times where you should. It's really table dependent though and not as cut and dry as the AK push is.
