You're right. Hero has 10BB not 5BB. I knew this when I selected the hand but in an effort to flesh everything out confused the raise and the BB.

The issue with the blinds is a known one and its certainly not your fault. If you can find a working converter they often take care of it.
BTW, I am 99% sure this is an unexploitable Pre-flop...

IMO, 44% ITM is certainly attainable long-term at the 11s. As is a ROI over 30%. Why anybody who isn't very, very scared of variance would bother to "prove" (4000+ sample size) is beyond me...
