All of that is very well and good if we are talking about those sorts of decisions that are made before physical dependence has set in. Once the physical imperatives set in then all bets are off.

I started out also at nano-limits grinding it out through each level. First play money, then .01/.02, .02/.04, .05/.10, .10/.20 and am now at .25/.50.

I can relate to the risk-aversion. I have love to book small wins and call it a day (maybe 15-20bb's). And I don't move up until I have booked 1000bb's at each level....

I took the same approach as you- starting with play money and going up limit by limit. I am at .10/.20 now.
So far Paradise is my favorite site for the nano-limits and have had a good experience...
