Re: Stat check
Kumubou is right.. fewer flops from sb, more from bb in general, but again I wouldn't worry about BB defense too much while on a downswing as long as you aren't getting run over. Without confidence...

Re: Stat check
Fold to steal is fine, IMO - you could defend more, but I think it's only possible with a very good grasp of HU play otherwise it won't help much. Your VPIP is a tad high, however. There is nothing...

Re: Ed Miller be damned, I\'m folding (5/10)
I don't think Ed would tell you to call 2 with that action. It's a much more interesting question had the button only called. And what Redd said: Do we want to lead the flop and if we do, do we 3-bet...

Re: pot big enough to call down?
PF I would only raise if I think I have a very good chance of folding the BB, otherwise my hand isn't strong enough. In the absence of reads, I would assume UTG would have bet a J on the flop. So the...

Re: Is this insane?
I don't know - I don't think the river call is bad, I wouldn't beat myself over it. I wouldn't read ANYTHING to his flop cap whatsoever, and nobody tried to slow him down on the turn. With an 85%...

Re: wierd blind battle
You can easily be ahead here, I don't think the villain has an A either - but I would consider how cheaply I can get to showdown. If we 3-bet and check behind on the turn, we can fold to a fourth...

Re: loose betters
Make sure you get a good read before you play back though, such as how they respond to counter-aggression or how far they carry their agression. It becomes much easier if you could spot another...

Re: Small PP with Overcards
If the BB calls the 3-bet, without any reads on the BB, a cont bet then check fold sounds reasonable. It's not a flop I'd want to continue betting with this hand.

Re: New Partymine sugesstions
Well, you know what, if you are going to put that much effort into it, wouldn't it be easier to provide support for Prima and Ultimate Bet first? I would certainly love to see that.

Close as many programs as you can. Click Start->Run. Type %TEMP%, hit enter. The temp window will open. Select everything in it with CTRL-A, hit DELETE. If it complains stuff being in use and cannot...

Re: Redefining Aggression - PokerAce Hud
Oh ok, you don't have times_check(ed) in there.
Why do you think it works better without the checks? As far as classifications with limited context go, they would be very close, with the main...

I think a very nice improvement would be some assistance in finding the hands to analyze. I play such a huge number of hands that even with your filters it's a daunting task, sometimes.
How about...

Raising when first in
Hi,
Currently my game is weak/tight - working on that. One problem I keep running into is that often my raises from the early position get too much respect at the tighter tables. When I raise with...
