Barry Greenstein's book has a 50 or so page section at the end which he states the details of a hand he has played in but does not immediatly state exactly what he did or what the other person...

Wes Montgomery, George Benson, and Pat Martino are all excellent jazz guitarists. Also give Horace Silver, Tony Williams, Buddy Rich, and Dizzy Gillespie a try.

If you were to limp with a2 suited then yes it would be the perfect time. I don't think you are losing anything by folding Q10 utg in a full ring game.
