Re: kem or copag?
[ QUOTE ]
The only problem with buying KEMs right now (other than the price) is that they are only making bridge sized cards (correct me if I'm wrong).
I find that the poker width cards are far...

McEvoy's book will be quite a letdown after you read those two.

Re: Harrington on Holdem vol. I & II
Awesome! Thanks all for the info. Just scored both on ebay + McEvoy's Tournament Poker, Sklansky TPFAP(which I already have).
All 4 for only $42! If anyone needs the Sklansky book, PM me.

Re: Harrington on Holdem vol. I & II
So you wouldn't say one is better than the other? Just start with the first one?
If it matters, I've read Sklansky's TPFAP, TJ Cloutier No limit, Super System and a few others.

Re: Do you like \"just calling\" w/ AA from EP?

Harrington on Holdem vol. I & II
I've heard this series of books is really good. Anyone agree or disagree?
Does it matter which book to start with? Is one better than the other? I want to read the best first and only buy the...

Re: Bad Move?
You should NEVER re-raise with JJ pre-flop (unless shortstacked). You want to see a flop and make sure no overs come. If they do, good for you, you're done. Otherwise you still have to play very...

Re: copags curve...
A friend of mine had a new set of Kem arrows that got curved. We figured it was because they were being stored in a room w/o air conditioning and got warped because of the heat.

Re: Nevada Jacks vs NexGens
Nevada Jacks skulls or dessert sands are very similar to Chipco ceramic chips. Very nice mid range chips. I would definitely get them over the Nexgens.
As mentioned above, pokersourceonline.com...

Re: Should I have called collusion?
I think the host should have a posted list of rules. A good one for this is that if a player is all in and another suggests checking it down, his hand should be dead. Definitely mention to people...

Looks like similar math, only a difference of 3% or so. Any others want to confirm one of the two?

Ax, flop is A A rag
I have a poker odds question for you...
In a full game (9 or 10 players at the table), and you're holding Ax, and the flop comes A-A-rag, what are the odds (percentage-wise) that you are holding...
