You will not find a reasonable studio in Murray Hill for anywhere close (% wise) to $1,000. Start thinking closer to $1,500. ...

With the board not double-paired, the raise makes a lot more sense. I also did not see the flush draw, so you likely have a re-draw if he has trips. I understand the raise now.
