Re: Nitpick with Conjelco Order Form

We publish our domestic (US) shipping rates, but don't
post the foreign rates because they are determined by weight and the nature of your order. Hence the need to have the particulars of your order...

Re: Cross Post on the New Forums

We'd almost certainly keep the overall design that we have in place at the time we'd make the switch. That includes advertising locations.

Note: making the switch is a major undertaking, probably...

Re: Cross Post on the New Forums

I will fix it so that you can post with your current name so don't re-register unless you are having problems.

This is only one candidate for replacement forum software. The fact that we have a...

Re: going back/forward in browser and losing postss

Test. Does this work?

It did, but the old "expired form" problem is back. Sigh.

Re: Browser Problem

All of the ads on the 2+2 forums are served from one of two adservers with ConJelCo domains. If there are timeout problems please bring them to my attention when they happen. This is not a browser...

Re: Complaints About New Forum Version

I don't know for sure. I am on the road and only have
access once or twice a day right now and I did not want
to take a chance.

Re: Complaints About New Forum Version

I have had to back out the back button fix yet again.

Some users were unable to post and this is the only thing that has changed since that began.

I will continue to look at the problem.

I've redone the back button fix and hopefully it will behave better this time. Let me know if it doesn't please.

Re: Complaints About New Forum Version

I've had to undo the change I made to fix the back button as it caused problems worse than it fixed.

I think I know what I need to do to fix it right, but I won't have time until later today or...

Re: using back button deletes work

The invision software seems to not support threading. We need that feature at least.

Re: using back button deletes work

I do not believe that this is fixable. I do not understand why it is happening and the people who provide the software claim it must be browser settings which is bull.

As to new forum software,...

Re: WTF is wrong with conjelco?

We had a problem with one of our adservers today and it wasn't caught by the usual means at our datacenter. I fixed it once I became aware of it. I apologize for the inconvenience. I expect that the...

Re: conjelco - ontario

In our case we seem to be unable to get US mail shipments to Canada in a timely manner. We delays of 5 or more weeks routinely. We also see higher than normal lost packages. As a result we switched...

Re: The form you have submitted is no longer valid

These are two distinct problems. The one I believe I have
corrected is the "no longer valid" one. The "back" problem
remains a problem.

The form you have submitted is no longer valid

This should no longer be a problem unless you take well over two hours to write your post. If it happens to you again please let me know.

Re: \"Unions are Evil\"

One can argue that the unions and management of the US steel industry joined together to destroy that industry in the 1970's. Does that make them evil? Probably not (same for management.) But it was...

Re: Inconsistency in deciphering who is responding to whom (Pics!)

Do ANY of you use threaded mode? It seems to me that it is easy to tell who is responding to who in threaded mode, but nearly impossible in flat mode. Am I correct, or are you guys complaining about...
