Anyone know how they do it? Skipping SB on party
I've been sitting here watching this guy names Zkayl at my table skip the small blind every round.
He posts the big blind, sits out for the small, and when he un-sits out after the button passes,...

Re: Size Does Matter

I agree,
I didn't say it was the best line, I said it was profitable. (significantly).
The problem I have with calling or 3 betting is that I can't put hero on a flush draw if I was...

Re: Call of off-tempo push by the shortie?

If he had top pair, he'd check-raise me all-in. If he had a set, he'd check-raise me all in.

We are agreed on most of this. However, he is not going to...

Re: Call of off-tempo push by the shortie?
Finally a voice of reason in the crowd.
I called pretty quickly. He's going to stop n go with almost anything here as he's desperate. And he limp-called from early position, which tends to mean...

Re: Avoiding tells in live tournaments
I don't wait until it is my turn to look at my cards. I know a lot of pros do that in major tournaments, but the cost/benefits don't seem worth it in the tournaments I play in.
Could you go in to...

Villain is pot committed after check-raising you on the turn. You've got very little folding equity on the turn when you push and with two overs and a gutshot straight you're certainly...

Re: Play a Foxwoods hand with me
I don't like seeing a flop with 4 limpers with this hand out of position.
I think you can pick up this pot preflop with a nice healthy raise. I also think a raise here makes the hand easier to...

50-100 River bet or check?
This is one of those heat of the moment decisions I usually get wrong, which annoys me to no end.

Re: Responding to a raise with AK
1. Villian has been very agggressive.
2. He doesn't need a pair to raise PF.
3. He will fold many small/mid pairs to your push, along with many hands he's a 60/40 dog.
No offense, but...

When NOT to add on?
There is a point, at which if you have sufficient chips at the end of the rebuy period, it is not profitable to addon.
how do you figure out what that point is?
