Re: The Trash talk
Good point...I guess you just need to be quiet and let people do what they need to do.

Re: Would you push here?
Against a player who has been raising almost every hand this is any easy move all in play. No regrets.
You are only slightly ahead of the small stack, plus you are looking to move up to first or...

Re: Another downswing post. Advice please.
You should probably be playing 30 SNG's. It is too easy to run bad and finish out of the money in 9 out of 10. That would leave you almost busted with only a 1K bankroll.

Re: Another downswing post. Advice please.
Yes, you should expect some losing weeks. We all do.
Take a few days off and start again.
After you have been at this a while (I have played off and on for 25 years) it will not phase you as...

Re: 2 $5/$10 Hands
1. Calling looks best.
2. Raising 150 to 200 will look like you want a call and save you money (as oppossed to raising more) when you are called or reraised.

Re: First Final Table!
No.
AK is usually a big hand at the final table with antes/short stacks, etc. It gets bigger as more players are eliminated and the blinds fly around.
You can go hours without picking up a hand,...

Re: KQs on button - isolation 3-bet gone wrong
Bet the turn and be done with it.
They could have a medium pocket pair or maybe 89 suited.
Maybe they'll muck Ace rag suited if it's your lucky day.
I would not bet the river if called on...

Re: Would you fold this hand on the bubble?
Easy call against most players:
Most players would check a duece.
A lot of players would check a ten hoping the big blind/big stack would bet trying to pick up the pot.
Even if the SB has a ten,...

Re: New to PLO, PP 25PL
Hand 1: I would have bet at least 1/2 the pot on the turn.
On the river you are getting great odds on your call, so there is no decision. You most likely have the best hand or a split.
Bye...

Re: How many tables do you play?
Do you use more than 1 computer?
If you use 1, how do you get different outputs (3 on one monitor/a different 3 on the other) on the different monitors?
Thanks.

Re: LCD screens
So you run both monitors of one computer?
If you are playing eight games, you minimize 4 screens on one monitor and vica versa? Does this work on one computer?

Re: mid pair one off the button.
You are the favorite to have the best hand, so I would not call that stealing.
You should raise, if you are not comfortable doing so you should not be in the game.

Everyone (winners and losers) have good and bad runs. It is normal to finish in the money 5 out of 6 one table SNG's and then finish out of the money 5 out of 6.
When I am running bad I will tend...

Re: Party 15/30 BR - How much is enough?
Good advice. If you are playing to supplement your income then 10K is probably fine.
If you are playing for a living then 15K is a bare minimum along with 6 months bills in the bank.
