Re: Possibly the longest bubble I\'ve ever been in
Two questions: why the push with AA, but the call off 1/4th of your stack late with AJ? Were you pretty sure the big guy would just call your AA all in? And were you really afraid of risking going...

Re: Lvl 1 AQs, how did I do?
Looks Good to me. I might bet more on the turn, but seems fine. At the 10's and 20's I'd expect all sorts of things to call you on the river here, down to mid pp's and QJ.

Re: My last two hands. Do I suck?
Raising one third of your stack should only be done under the following circumstances in my opinion:
1. you are ready to commit all of your chips to the pot with a premium holding. Basically for...

Re: Pocket Queens, five handed
What an interesting situation. My simple insticts say push. The reason I say this is that you have every other person in the hand covered. Then I take a look and realize that big stack BB is still...

Re: Does anyone NOT push this?
To the 9 (imho) absolutely insane people who say to not push here, if you won't push with a top 20% hand from the SB when folded to on a regular basis in this position (blinds/stacksizes/etc), what...

Re: What about this, does anyone NOT play this?
Just curious - what's with these posts? They seem like pretty easy pushes (at least this and the JK post). Are you losing a lot of coinflips lately? I'm usually very impressed with your posts and...

i might fold pre-flop this early in the tournament or at least not raise so the pot stays smaller

I assume that's a joke.

Re: Your play here....
Put yourself in BB's shoes. So far he's seen nobody make any really big moves on this flop. Ok someone min bet, that could literally mean anything. Alright another person min-raised, hooray they...

Re: 2 bubble hands, should I call?
In the first, I think pushing is definitely in order. You've got 9's. A lot of the time you're only dodging one overcard here, or are light years ahead of a small pocket pair.
I believe the...

Re: instacall?
If nobody else had called, I'd almost instacall. With another calling in front, you're dodging 4 overs, or are way behind to a higher pocket pair. Folds McFolderson.
Edit: EXTREMELY good...

Re: Lvl 1-3 Slowplay AA, KK PF Ever?
At 10's and 20's and probably 30's I simply see no point to not raise pf. A raise of 3-4BB's will get you 2 callers at least on average. And sooooo many people are ridiculously aggresive with mid...

BB is tight as anything, I'm sorry this really should have gone in the original post. He's basically been blinded into the spot where he now resides. For those of you saying "fold, make the money",...

Re: 55, the bubble, a shortstack, and me
I probably money either way. I have UTG covered by a K, and even if I lose Smally has only a BB left if he folds. If I win I've pretty much got 2nd locked up with a nice shot of winning it. I also...
