Re: Typical UI overcards.

I would bet/fold the turn. This flop is unimpressive. It's not going to scare overs like QJ or even something like K9. Plus, this guy is obviously bad since he just open limped on the BT. If he calls...

Re: Tricky turn decision, trickier river

I'd play it the same. This move is almost always some pair. You have enough outs to call on the turn, and he doesn't have a K every time so the river is fine.

Re: Chopping etiquette

Why do people even get pissed off if you don't want to chop? I don't play live so I don't get why this is a problem. You'd think fish would love to play HU so they can LAG it up. Where am I going...

Re: 3/6 and 5/10 short handed open limp

I never open limp any of those hands. I can't even think of many situations that are close. Maybe JTo on the BT with two huge fish in the blinds? That's about it.

80/63 has got to be wrong. I can think of a who bunch of spots I wouldn't play A9o. Though I have been opening up with it more lately.

Re: Study program

What do you want to play? Limit-NL Tourneys-cash games. This site has forums for all of those. I'd make reading that forum part of a normal day for starters.

I would just call the river in hand one unless I've seen him making "what do you have" calls. I like hand 2.
