Re: Lets list them!
4 for sure.
Also acting too quickly without actually thinking long enough about how villain(s) have played the hand so far to come up with a better hand range for him/them.

Re: ($11) bottom 2 pair facing check-raise
What kind of read did you have on SB ?
How did he get so short stacked this early ?
If he is a donk then I expect either QJ or KJ.
If he has a set of 8's and pushed fearing a straight draw then...

Why not bet the flop after he checks ahead of you to find out where you are ?
I think there may be a chance if he does have trips that he raises fearing a straight draw or that...

Re: Bad heads up . . . need advice
Here is what I use as a general guideline playing heads up.
Heads up approx. 7 out of every 8 hands are battles between unpaired cards.
You will almost always have the odds to call from the...

Re: Hypothetical AK Situation
If you have no read on Villain IMO you should assume the worst case scenario.
He is tight/aggressive.
You also cannot assume that he knows or takes into account what his M is.
Many people still...

Re: $22 - Situation in the BB early on
I agree.
You are now heads up here.
There is no chance I let the BB limp in here.
I'm raising 3XBB pre flop.
Why give the BB a chance to hity something on the flop ?

Re: General question against an unknown
I would have raised pre flop OOP like that with two limpers.
Checking pre flop to see a flop for cheap is/was an option also but, most of the time on that situation I'm raising pre flop.
In...

Re: Early in $55 SnG.
No to the bigger bet on the flop. You made a value bet and gave him bad odds to chase a flush draw.
Again you gave him bad odds to chase a draw with your turn bet.
If he was going to chase it or...

Re: logic flawed? NL limp or raise
It depends on how the table you are playing at is playing.
If people have been folding to your aggression, then raising pre flop with AJ to etiher win the pot right there or get into a heads up with...

Re: Fast Structure STTs
If the blinds are going up every 15 minutes you have to keep accumulating chips early to avoid being forced all in later when you get under 10XBB remaining with less than optimal cards.
It's ok to...
