Heads Up - Starting Hands

Anyone know where I can find a compiled list of starting hands odds (heads up)? I did a search the other day and couldn't find anything. I couldn't figure out how to do the search???

His comment has to do with game theory. You can extend a rush by picking the right time to bluff. Say you get 2 decent hands in a row, then you get a marginal hand and just happen to get a decent...

A call in this situation is like a waiting move in chess. Hopefully things will be resolved in your favor on the river. Folding is a mistake! You have a made hand, is it the best hand?
