Re: set of jacks, broadway board
I think you played this hand well. I would always 3 bet the turn and you must call the one bet on the river, because as you said he has two pair often enough.

The villan in this hand is 62/7.6/.4/105. I dont like the way that i played the turn and i am wondering if there is a better line.

Re: How many bets? (there\'s no cap)
I would just call the 4 bet. His aggression numbers are low so i dont think he is pushing a draw here. He may have 99 or 44 which are both beating you, so i would just call the 4 bet.

Re: standard?
If the river does not pair the board, and it is a q or 10 for example do you guys still call a bet here or is it an automatic fold?

Re: BB defense
since he does not seem very aggressive i would not 3 bet here. I would raise the flop and fold to the turn check raise.

Re: AQ late in the tourney
Yea, you make a good point. I was thinking about a chance to go from 5500 to like 17500 or so. The flat call from a small stack kind of looked like he might have a strong hand, but as you said i was...

Re: Bad Turn/River
I would not re raise the turn. You have a strong draw but all you have is the draw. I would raise the river but would call the 3 bet instead of capping.

I would not fold for sure and i would think about raising. He was playing fast on the flop and he slowed down after the 8. If he floped 2 pair then your two pair is better and it might be worth...

Re: Making the most with a baby flush
I would bet because the turn is a scare card for a lot of hands. The flop aggresor might slow down here with so many opponents and if you check it might get checked around.

Re: When NOT to continuation bet?
If you know he will call with any pair or a k high then there is no point in betting because all those hands are better then yours. Take the free card and hope to hit a pair yourself

Re: How far should I go with this?
I would definetly raise, because you have the second nuts and this guy prolly does not need the nuts to play his hand aggressivley. If he 3 bets i would just call.

Re: Interesting two pair hand.
tou should fold preflop. I definetly would not raise the flop, because all you have is bottom pair. I think you may have gotten lucky on the river but i dont like the way you played this hand.
