Re: Bankroll Requirements
How do you feel about giving a weighted average to the percent of times I should be re racking to the full amount and the times I stick with a short stack. In other words, the % of times I decide I...

Bankroll Requirements
In the past I've been mostly a sit and go and multi-tabled tournament player online, but I'd like to get into more NL ring games.
The FAQ for this section talks about having 20 times the buy-in...

Re: Stars 25+2 turbo play
I think its still too early in the tournmaent to make this play...You've played long enough you dont want to get knocked out on a race, but not long enough that you dont have other options (calling...

Re: Look out, Vince. He\'s put him to the test!
I don't understand limping here, because normal, logical big stacks would now raise. If your going to fold to a raise, then save half the blind and fold immediatly, and take the coming hands where...

Re: AK facing reraise early (reposted)
I like popping him all in here for a variety of reasons. Mainly, I like doing so because if its a race and you lose, you can easily load up again (well not easy on ps, but you can in a bit). If your...

Re: Stars 22s sustainable?
More skill + more starting chips + slower blinds = Higher ROI
However the issue here is the tend to take longer than party, and they dont launch as often. If your satisfied with that, and you...

Re: standard $109 AK hand?
Ok, I understand a little more now, but I think I disagree with lastchance here. If your factoring in 'no reads' my general thinking, at least in his situation, if he pushes over the top with any...

Re: Another \"moving up\" question
I feel like everyone said what I wanted to say, except why not cash some out? Enjoy the money, honor your first big multi score and cash out 1000$, go buy an IPod or something.
Besides that, I...

Re: standard $109 AK hand?
Don't you feel like this may be precisely what the pusher is thinking?
Edit: I'd also like to know how soon the blinds are going up, something to think about.

Re: standard $109 AK hand?
I'm not a expert by any means in buy ins over $60, so I'm somewhat puzzled by the hand.
If you could, explain to me your basic logic in folding? (I have a simple idea though not sure its the right...

Re: follow up to raptors AJ post
Ok, understood.
Other question: Why not bet the turn? A button player cold called you at a low limit typically means a draw or weak ace...the turn wasnt that scary.

Re: Bad bubble push?
I think so. You still have quite have several chips left, plus the table is still 7 handed so theres more of a chance you run into a hand behind you. You can wait it out. What buy-in is this at?

Two Monitor Question
This wasn't in the FAQ, and I think any post I would search for would be somewhat outdated.
Occasionly I'll load up 8 tables on Stars but my laptops resolution, although large, still makes it...
