Being a poker dealer myself, I usually don't expect a tip when the pot is small..that's just part of the business, but for that dealer to be unprofessional like that is inexcuseable..My only advice...

I remember a tournament I played at the Orleans in Vegas where I had 200 with two tables. I tripled up with AK, then went on a remarkable rush and ended up winning the entire tournament.

I'd probably call for one bet on the river..the pot is giving you too much not to call even if your beaten. All you need to do it win 1 of 7 to show a profit.
