Re: Did Party get rid of Final Table Deal Making?

Ive been at 3 final tables in the last two weeks, the 100+9 twice and the 200+15 once, and no deals were allowed in either, I would have especially liked to make one in the 200, as I finished 9th for...

Re: The Official KotZ #11 Pot Limit Hold\'em Thread

Ouch, went out with KK to Toro's QQ in a battle of the blinds all-in preflop....

Flop came down AQJ, turn was a 3 of hearts, giving me a flush draw, but the river was another 3 and I am out.

Re: 215s - Standard Stop and Go?

The Stop and Go has become so overused that it rarely ever works, and somebody with AQ or AK will nearly always call you in this situation, even if the flop comes with 3 rags.

Re: is this overplaying AK? by a pro no less

I've been playing in these SNG's a lot lately. Johnnybax pretty much plays pedal to the medal all of the time. I'm awfully surprised that he didn't push on the flop after being raised.

Re: Does anyone have the PStars parka?

I have the mountain parka...it's really nice.

Wish it didn't scream Pokerstars on it, but oh well, at least it doesn't say it on the back.

Re: QT Brain, oh my!

Got knocked out 55th, a few hands after losing most of my stack with AKs against AQo all-in pre-flop. 3 diamonds on the flop and a 4th diamond on the turn gave my opponent the Q high flush. Win...

Re: Do you swim in the red sea?

Where is "Go for it, and lay some towels down...but don't wrap it up..." in the poll?

Re: How much better is masturbating than condom sex?

Not even close. I'd rather have sex once with a condom than jerk off 20 times.

Re: Golfing in Vegas in July...

I've done it before. By the end of the round I felt like my brain was boiling and I felt really stupid for a few hours. Otherwise, you can manage.

Re: How are the new games on Party?

I've been playing the 20/40 primarily. I think the game has been very good, although not as good as the 15/30 a few months ago.

Re: miguel tejada?

I just read "Moneyball". I think it's in regards to a runs created formula that Paul Depodesta had at the time. Heavily waited to OBP.

He also may be referring to how many pitches Hatteberg made...

Full Tilt Hand/Tournament Histories

Is Full Tilt not doing these yet? After my session yesterday (my first one), I decided to look at hand histories and the options were grayed out.

I can't think of a good specific reason to do it, but now that I have my daughter, there is nothing in the world that could take her from me.

Sure, they are a ton of work, but it's really the...

Re: OE straight draw ...

If there is any chance that your 9 or T is an out, then I think it's a call. Since I believe there is a 50% chance of that being true, easy call.

Re: Too aggressive? (similar to the hot thread about Daliman\'s hand)

[ QUOTE ]
Easy push, terrible call.

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed, although you have to be prepared for some players to get tired of your aggressiveness and gamble with a hand.

Re: Whats the highest level people multi table?

I'm 4 tabling the 200+15 level. Don't plan on playing more than 4 at this point, as I'm using my laptop for most of my play.

Re: Potential $ at the Party $55 SNGs

One critical detail is that the starting chip stacks are 1000 at the 50 level, as opposed to 800 in the 30's and below. This gives you that much more play, and presumably should favor skilled play a...

Re: Call this all-in 4 handed???

Tough decision. Did you have any read on whether or not the SB or BB were loose callers? If they were tight, I might be inclined to play this one, hoping for a coinflip at worst and the dead money...
