Re: objective way to tell if you are running poorly ?

Sorry I made a huge typo, I just went back and looked and my Went to SD % is 19.51%. That makes a lot more sense. Pretty much nulls my previous points.

objective way to tell if you are running poorly ?

So I have been a winning player all the way up to 100NL (about 40,000 hands, which were lost in a crash) and lately things have not been going my way at all. I am almost positive I am running...

Re: AKs TPTK

Definetly call river, min raise may get you paid off here as well, but it really depends on the opponent. I think making a full pot sized bet on the turn is not such a bad thing either.

Re: 50 NL, top pair against crazy lag

[ QUOTE ]
Do you always play J9 to a raise UTG, or is it just because of BB being a lag?

After the preflop call I think you played it fine.

50 NL, top pair against crazy lag

Bit of background here, I am only playing 1 table at this point and my reads are pretty damn good at this point. I am playing very taggish, but have been aggro with villan. I am also running PT...

Check call the river seems optimal...but as played I would fold to the min river raise, why is he going to wait to min raise the river with just an overpair ? He has to know what you have by now if...

He could easily have a better overpair or the straight as well. But I think from the action here it is pretty clear he has a set, don't three bet the flop unless you know villan would play like A8...

Re: Poker Room 1-1 NL, AJs hand.
