Re: Birthday Probabilities
this is such a common problem
for 23: 1-(364.25/365.25)(363.25/365.25)(362.25/365.25)*...((365.25-22)/365.25)
for 30 it's the same idea... there are a lot of differnt ways to do this problem...

you're assuming that you will automatically get at least one in ten X, implying that the probability of each trial is not independent. if the probability of each draw is 1/10 than it would be a...

Re: qq what to do preflop.
I'd call... sure you'll be up against AA or KK sometimes... but that is a huge overraise... I see AA or KK reraising you here but not by that much... looks a bit suspicious... I say he has AK, AQ,...

I think AT, JJ or two clubs might call you... i think these are the hands a villain might also put a play on you with by coming over the top...

Re: missed value with qq?
I'd bat this turn. I feel that even an oddly played AA or KK would have bet or raised that flop fearing a clubdraw... so what is out there?? AK, AQ, JJ? the only resonable hand that you're behind of...

Re: AQo and AJo question

Re: AQo and AJo question
toss AJo, raise AQo pretty much always from EP... the only exeption i can think of is if there's an out of line raise in front of you then toss AQ
