I would have to say bad check which led to a bad call. At that stage of the tournament if you were trying to make the top ten or even win the whole tourney you placed all your chips on a top pair...

Would have bet the turn and possibly the flop just to get a feel for where you stand. Those bets also might have scared away any draws which I'm assuming won the hand.
