Re: Adapting to wild players in home cash game
slight adjustment to what fortune says. Sit to their right, not their left. If they are the known wild players then the whole table is waiting for them to play so there'll be plenty of checking to...

Re: Is this \"correct call\" a mistake?
I don't think this was as bad as is being made out.
Given the blinds are still at T15/30 and you're already at the final table possibly suggests plenty of action, which would make the steal...

Neteller at Parbet - avoid
I changed my Prima account to Parbet recently as they had good RB. No problems until I came to move some money out again using Neteller.
They charge 2.5% to withdraw to Neteller. Disgusted, I...

Re: Beginning online poker
It's also not necessarily a problem if you become the new short stack.
You will need to change your strategy to a pre flop strategy (ie pick a hand and go all in) but if the rest of the table...

Re: Do you guys like my blog ? QQ in SB -- help
i think it's fine. Nothing wrong at all.
My read on the hand is villain has a pp (v often a min raise = pp). You bet half the pot on a low flop, standard continuation bet. Villain min raises...

Re: NL 100 Full Ring
I totally agree with the limp raise with AA sentiment. I very rarely do it. In this case I thought it was worth it as the aggressive short stack might have shoved (which he did) and might well have...

Re: Late MTT Blind Stealing ?
The problem I have with that approach is that the bb doesn't need a hand to shove if I only limp. It's almost an auto shove pf given his low M and the fact that a rock has shown weakness by limping....

Late MTT Blind Stealing ?
$300 freezeout. Down to 33 runners (from 220 starters). Top 20 paid $600, top 10 paid the real money. I qualified in a sat so either is a result but am looking for final table place.
I have...

Re: How smart are you?
IQ 90, that's in the top 75% I believe.
Currently playing Party NL$25 and finding it tough so far but I'm sure I'll pick it up soon enough and be challenging with all you "big boys" in no time.

Re: TPTK, controlling the pot size question
If you're pretty confident he's not on a draw and either has a Q or a set then you surely still have to bet it? The check still gives a free card. You can't like any K, J, T?
Another danger the...

Re: TPTK, controlling the pot size question
yes i agree your stack size is causing a problem here.
But I think a turn bet of $40 is ok. He's not getting drawing odds for his flush. If he shoves that bet then I'm still folding it. He's...

Re: Should you respect annoying minumum PFR\'s
I don't think you guys should write off this play as defining a noob fish. It may well be something a fish does but there are lots of other players who like the move too.
Personally I hate it as...
