i think any winnings are credited to your pokerstars account and no taxes are withheld
unless you plan on winning the tournament a "novelty" drivers license showing you to be 18+ should suffice

at foxwooods $1/$2 nl when a player makes a standard raise preflop it is usually in the range of $10, $12, $15,...
