Re: Rate this river fold - blind battle 10/20
[ QUOTE ]
I probably don't 3-bet unless you think he waits to raise a naked ace a lot.
After that, the fold is fine.

I'm 3-betting everytime. TAG could have an ace, 87, T7, and...

Well the river is a crying call, but I think I make it. I wouldn't absolutely hate a turn cap by BB with 87 or T7, as from his point of view a TAG in your situation could be...

Re: A6s w00t
I'm out when its two back to me on the turn because showdown is looking pretty far away when there's a whole other street with these other 3 guys who all hit raise on this turn.

posting blind.
I don't like this at all. Your fold equity is minimal between BB having a tight range of strong hands and the fish who already put money in on the flop. Peeling the flop would be...

Re: 20/40 AQ river
I would normally play it this way, but from reading some of the other responses about this player, it sounds like just calling is better.

Re: Some common 30/60 call down polls
I think you can fold in the first hand. Betting out looks like he wants to trap LP, whereas if he wanted to bluff a check-raise would be much better.
Hand 2 it looks more like he's using a wa/wb...

Fold to the turn 3-bet. He has QJ, 99, or TT here basically always.

Re: Donking into Death
I'd attack on the flop with the two broadways putting all sorts of gutshots out there. I don't think he raises your bet with enough hands you're ahead of, so I'd check-raise. How is your line...

Re: 22 in the BB
I have a few problems with some of your points...
1. This pot is very small. Our opponent calling with a 6 outer on the turn is hardly worth losing sleep over.
2. Instead of 3-betting preflop...

I never do this. You get better odds on a bluff, but there is really no reason to do it with a made hand when the pfr will always bet the flop so I've built my game around that assumption. Perhaps...

Re: 3-bet pre-flop or check-raise the flop?
Stellar, how much weight do you give to the concept of "initiative"? It seems to me that "initiative" may not actually be a real advantage in a game between two perfect players.
