Re: NL 200, KK w/position
I dont like the flop 3-bet. Do you think villain is semibluffing OOP playing this way? I think it's unlikely.
Possible hand range could be a set, overpair, or maybe TPTK, and your flop 3-bet will...

Re: Am I overplaying draws again? 200NL

There is no way a tight player like this one is calling with less than a set, unless he limped with a big pair.

I take your point, thanks. However, if this is true,...

Re: Am I overplaying draws again? 200NL
Certainly I would have done if I had position, but I didnt want to risk being stuck on a blank turn OOP.
I guessed a smooth call would be better than a 3-bet, no?

Am I overplaying draws again? 200NL
I'm having problems justifying my donk-overbet-flop-push here (and in general) - do you think it would be better if I were to just call villains' donk raise on the flop?
I do make these moves...

Re: Preflop reraising
Id normally make it $10-12 more for villain to see the flop. Assuming $100 stacks, you have cut down on villains' implied odds if he then decides to play something like 88/99/TT for set value.
Too...

Re: AA & Villain pushes on River
Is this full ring? Did you raise from the button or UTG? Anyway, it's probably a good fold.
Would anybody check behind on the turn? I might. Is that bad?

Re: I\'m moving down (LC)
Good luck PokerJoker - I'm currently in 100NL - 200NL limbo, where I can maintain an ok winrate at 100NL, but as soon as I go up, my downswing "re-emerges" and I drop 5 buyins. That hurts.
A...

Thanks for the comments - it sounds like the hand is not clear -cut at all which is comforting to know.

Sorry, didnt realise Villains stack was so short - once youve made the raise on the flop youre both committed.

Re: QQ hand... bad river
I would raise much more on the flop, make it about $15, folding to a reraise. Check behind on the turn, and fold on that river.
As you played it, I really cant see opponent holding a worse hand...

If villain is so tricky I would just call. You dont want to play your whole stack here when you dont have to.

I think it was a good fold - of course it depends (as it always does) on your opponents hand range here - but if it is significantly wide, then you could consider a reraise preflop as the other...
