Re: Turn in Multiway hand with TT
[ QUOTE ]
I'm sorry...I'm talking about the impact that would have on the turn decision if the 6 were a 3.
Basically, I'm looking at whether or not it's worth it to raise to try to get rid of...

The guy did his own research and backed up his claims with his own findings. I'd say anyone who prefers blindly believing the media vs. thinking for himself can't be a very good poker...

Re: Capping as an Escape Route
I think K9s might be a little too low of a hand to make this move PF, however against this guy I think it is fine if the blinds fold. Since the BB won't fold, I think you have to.
On the flop you...

Re: Is the game beatable?
[ QUOTE ]
The 2/5 games at The Lodge, Mountain High, Central Station, and the Gilpin are all quite beatable for someone with just mediocre skills. Just don't bluff very often.

Re: Is the game beatable?
I am a fairly solid small stakes player who is a winner a 2/4 and currently winning but working on his game at 3/6. I was told by someone that beat a $5 rake wasn't possible at a 2/4. The one time I...

Is the game beatable?
So I live in Colorado and am mostly an online small stakes limit player, thus I am used to a good rake. I was thinking about hitting up some of the local casinos and called about their rakes. I once...

Re: 5/10 QQ hand in SB
I three bet the flop and lead turn whether it is capped or not. If it is capped, and he raises my lead, I call down.
The only reason I would not 3 bet this is because I am going for a bet/3 bet...

Re: Near the bubble in a rebuy tourney
yea, well I just called and the big blind put in his extra 1k. The flop was 8-5-4 rainbow, I bet 5k at it and he pushed in his last 8k with 82o, turned a 2. I guess my greed served me right. I ended...

Re: Near the bubble in a rebuy tourney

Near the bubble in a rebuy tourney
6 players remaining. The payouts are 1000, 550, and 330, though typically once it gets four handed a deal is made where 4th gets $100 back. I am the chip leader with about 55k, blinds 2/4. As you can...
