Re: Re-bluff: possible squeeze-bluff
you get called here like 90% of the time in my experience... this is good higher level thinking but here it's just fps/spewage. what hands has he played in the past that would lead you to believe...

Re: Tricky spot with KK...
plus with 2 people still to act you'd rather they declare their hands before putting 60 into the pot. turn is a clear push since he probably just moves in with a set on the flop or c/r's to try and...

Re: Tricky spot with KK...
I don't raise the flop here... if you raised and he moved in you would have had to fold the best hand and if you somehow made an accurate call you still wouldn't be that far ahead.

Re: OK, [censored] SERIOUSLY...
it seems like if the turn gets capped and we improve on the river a bet/3bet has a lower chance of succeeding, since leading the river after a flop and turn cap should make a two pair or set pause...

Re: 77 blind defens vs TAG.
So you'd be raising the turn for value then? Or as a bluff? If an ace comes you are raising as a bluff, so I don't really like that scenario, if something else comes and you raise for value, do you...

Re: 1/2 AQs a little new to this limit thing...
You check the flop on a dry board like this with two overcards and a backdoor flush draw? The chances of getting 2 free cards here seem immense to me. Plus, the way the flop played out (and this...

Re: 77 blind defens vs TAG.
The river looks like an easy fold to me. I'm not sure about the rest of the hand but I probably would have played it the same (except for river call).

Re: Thin Value Bet?
This seems like a very easy value bet to me... on this board I just don't see a 9 leading into a pot of 42 for 16 and then checking the river to you. A timid king that has outs to improve makes much...

Re: 2/4 - Rivered Straight on Paired Board
Well, he can probably put you pretty squarely on a 7 here, since I don't see a set or two pair not putting in a raise somewhere before the river. We can probably rule out a complete bluff since he...

a couple of MTT hands from the 45k

Frankly, I don't see why you all think Matusow is "clearly" the best player. There is simply no excuse for the way he conducted his play after the KK hand. A player that manages to be the best in...
