Re: ($55) A little lost on this QK
this is a wacky hand all around, it doesnt appear to me that anyone had a plan. what hands are you really worried about on the flop? AQ, JJ, QQ, 55 and AsKs. with a min raiser PF and no reraisers...

Re: Party 10+1 Bubble Question
you want to win not get your $10 back. you wont have a better chance to win for the rest of the game most likely.
in these situations at this level you cant assume guys are playing strong hands...

Re: Party 10+1 Bubble Question
i think you are giving them way too much credit. i wouldnt be surprised to see a total bluff called by Ax in these situations. you have the best hand are getting way too good odds and you lose there...

Re: What do I do here?
i still think this is a bad play. the simple fact here is that 1250 in chips is not a ngeligible amount and you are losing that more often than not. if you were in the blinds then it would be OK.

Re: 99, second hand
i like a limp better here than a raise to 50, since unless you overraise you usually arent getting a lot of folders. my preferred play here is to raise a bit more usually 65-70, as long as i am first...

Re: ($33) - Level 3, TT early position
i see your problem in that if you raise to 200 or so you are almost comitted on a reraise. if you get reraised all in you will be getting, on a raise of 200 basically 2-1 or so. but i dont see how...

Re: $10+1 SH TURBO on PokerRoom
i dont care for it. you arent getting called here by anyone who doesnt have a straight, and if he is pushing a worse hand than yours you are only going to make him fold. i dont see what you want to...

Re: KK preflop question
i dont see how. wouldnt AK and QQ be possible holdings, respectively? or two AKs otr enough other hands that you cannot fold. plus given the stack sizes it is even less likely; it is not like you all...

Re: Tought spot? What do you do?
easy easy call here in early stage of tourney. you will see worse hands well more than enough to make it +EV.most times i expect to see two overcards here who assume that is what you had and missed...

Re: Couple 11s at Party...trying to plug leaks
you are wasting money if you routinely raise this small. with 50-100 blinds you are offering your opponent a pot of 275 and he has to call 125 he is right to call with any two here.
on the flop...

Re: $55 AQ hand help
you have to call the river here given the size of the pot. honestly i am at a loss to guess what he has, there are a number of hands he could have, and if he had a big hand that beats you he...

Re: ($60) Two pair, meh
one way: if by betting 300 on the turn he raises big with a straight and you can fold saving 200 from what you then had to call on the river after you check.

this is a tough situation on the turn. what does he think of your hand on the flop? if i am in his shoes and i see this flop and you were the BB he can easily have a great many hands if he is the...

Re: $2/$4 Stud High - Take a stand?
the fact that seat 8 is a fish means you want him to call not fold. if you hit a bighand you will keep him along so why get him out? you may have to improve anyway. i have no problem with just...
