On the board, I believe they had everything up to 30/60 stud h/l listed, but the chances of that game ever going are probably good as my chances of quitting drinking in the next month.

The room itself is non-smoking, but you go through a smoking area to get there. The "toe" of the room, where tables 9 and 10 are located, and the rest of the casino are seperated by a faux "wall"...

Well, more than 4 hours would have been fine enough to wait for me, but my guests grew impatient, so I ended up throwing the meat in a 350 degree oven (with the potato wedges I was already baking)...

For the "tenderloin has no flavor" crowd: marinate your filet with balsamic vineger and extra virgin olive oil. Rub with a little minced garlic, and sprinkle some montreal steak seasoning on it.
