We are down to 15 from 300 players in a $5 tournament. Blinds are 1000-2000, the top 4 places are very close in stacksize aruond 105 000, the rest of the field have stacks below 50 000.

I am trying to stop paying off when it seems obvious I am beaten. Should I call the last bet in these spots?

I would have folded the hand preflop. 78s is not a hand I like to play from early position.
The bet on the flop is fine but after the all in raise and one caller I would have folded and saved my...
