I was going to make the same comment about Hasan's fan. I too think he's the "friend" of Elix Powers. Talk about two different completely different guys to cheer for...

Re: Talk to me about Pokerroom

As long as your bonus clears at a 7-points-per-dollar rate, you can clear it at a decent clip playing 1/2 limit, assuming you can 4-table and pick your tables wisely. I'm working off a bonus there...

Re: Chan/Liebert: Wow. How Bad Can They Play?

[ QUOTE ]

P.S. How badly did Seed play his 77? Even in his exit interview it seemed like he had no clue what he was doing or why he was doing it when he smooth called. He actually said the words,...

11K stat checkup.

After clearing out all those Party bonuses, I've passed the vaunted 10K hand mark, so apparently I'm qualified to post my stats for inspection. I'm familiar with the variance spiel, so that can be...

BB has VPIP over 75 and has raised flops with very sketchy hands already; other two are both standard fish.

Raise for free card or string people along on flush draw?

Button has VPIP over 60; SB is also ridiculously loose; BB is super-tight; MP1 is new; MP2 has good PFR (8) and PF aggression (2.5), but VPIP is poor (40+).

Re: Ace on the button (first post).

[ QUOTE ]
You should look back at the board again. AAJ2 on the turn is not a likely split for you. And the 4 on the river doesn't help your split case very much, either. If it were AAJK or AAJT,...

Re: Ace on the button (first post).

Thanks for all the comments. Pre-flop, I think I was a victim of fancy play syndrome. In retrospect, with the PF play a given, I probably should have just called his turn 3-bet and the river...
