Re: Probability of Triples in Dice
The way I figure is this.
Chances on first die: 1/6
Chances on second die: 1/6
Chances on either third or forth die: 2/6
1/6 * 1/6 * 2/6= 1/108
Someone tell me if this is wrong.

Re: Probability of Triples in Dice
[ QUOTE ]
The chance of rolling at least 1 tripple 6 is:
1/216+215/216*(1/216+215/216*(1/216+215/216*(1/216)))
[/ QUOTE ]
I don't follow. This could be simplified as 1*(1*(1*(1/216))) or...

LC Keeping track of stats
What programs does everyone use to keep track of STT stats? I am in the process of writing a program to do this. Is there a good free program out there that will save me the trouble?

Re: I cant berate the fish anymore!!!!
My style was always to berate the fish after I won the hand and had all their chips. Eventually I managed to quit doing that, in accordace with the advice of Mike Caro in SS2.

Re: Party Poker Sidebets
PP said it wrong too. Kinda sneaky of them to say it pays off 8 for 1 so that the good gamblers will take the time to figure the odds then think it is a positive bet. /images/graemlins/grin.gif
