I think one of my biggest weaknesses is river play, is this a standard raise/fold to a 3 bet hand on the river?

I'd much rather call flop and lead turn (assuming button folds). Hes too likely to peel or raise with overcards on the flop. FWIW, this is also how I'll play with a Q sometimes.
