Here are some things to consider:
1) CO raise/called the flop, then just called the turn, so unless he slowplayed the turn with a flush, he must have a hand that was made on the flop that he wants...

I play it the same. It's tough to decifer the turn check because it doesn't make any sense, but it does decrease the likelihood he's on a bluff. If he was bluffing on the flop, he'd bet this turn...
