I think AK is the minimum unless it is clear that TAG 3 bettor is isolating. If the initial raiser is also a TAG it might be best to only cap if X=Ace. I am sure that there will be people screaming...

Middle of the night and higher limits will be your best bet as they often get short. I played a bunch of 3 handed 40/80 last night and even a little heads up but it was 4am. Very fun.
