Re: $55: Have TPTK and facing a reraise on flop
I would push the flop instead of raising t400. In this situation, I'm usually willing to risk all my chips. If he has a set or an overpair, I'm going broke. Raising to 400 on the flop puts 1/3 of...

Re: Be a pro for one month
Good luck! Sounds like fun. I've been considering taking a month at some point if I can get it to do the same thing, so I'll be interested to see how this goes for ya.

Re: ($11) 77 tiny M, standard push??
I sorta skipped over that part of HOH because it didn't seem to apply all that much to SNGs, but for what it's worth. I definitely do not push here. You have a pretty good stack for a party tourney...

OK, after reading the replies I have another comment, and a further defense for pushing the flop. When you overbet the pot there, many opponents will instantly read you for 2...

Re: KK: raise more on flop?
I've been experimenting with being ridiculously aggressive with big hands. I find I'm getting paid off more often than not. If you raise more preflop, you eliminate the implied odds they have to call...

Re: $22: Push or wait with an uber short stack
I'm pushing any 2 here. It sucks, but I think this is the best situation you're going to get - you're likely to be against one player with a random hand. If you wait that's probably not going to be...

Re: 3 Free Books from Audible.com
I didn't use this link, but I signed up for their free trial (2 free audio books) the other week, cancelled it right away after I downloaded the books and never got charged.

Re: New party \"Speed\" sngs
Yeah, I assume they'll start offering high buy-ins. The one I'm playing is kind of interesting. More hands with less players, but the first three rounds are over in about 10 hands.

New party \"Speed\" sngs
Apologies if this has already been posted on, but it looks like party is starting to offer an even faster sng format. Blinds go up every 5 minutes. Right now I think they're only offering 5+1s. I'm...
