Re: UB 50% Reload Bonus
They cut their bonus payoff in half, basically it's more like a 25% reload bonus. Here's an email I just got back from UB's customer service.
Thank you for contacting us.
The promotion was...

Re: AA facing huge flop overbet on the 2nd hand
I love both these threads we differ on, the other being "AA in sb, bad flop". Both are VERY early and really illustrate the difference in playing styles. I've come to the conclusion that early on I'm...

Re: A7s final table
You have to give some reads on the players here, particularly the CO who obviously can break you. If you think there's any chance of pushing it past him you have to make a move.

Re: AA in sb, bad flop
[ QUOTE ]
I think I raise about 2/3 of the pot, so anyone with nothing but a flush draw isn't getting good pot odds. If someone re-reraises me, I assume they've got the flush and I fold. If they...

Re: too aggressive?
The only reason I lean towards folding here is because you're sandwiched between two players. The BB certainly has much more urgency and investment and may choose to push himself. I don't want to...

Re: Push the caller??? (PS $25K hand)
I,m new here and will introduce myself shortly. Getting right to the hand, I don't like your preflop play. Without defining your hand you are second guessing now. I would have went over the top, as...

Re: Hmm overcards are simple right?
Easy fold for me. I don't see the outs. What are they, 2 running Jacks? Maybe I'm putting my oponents on too big a hands but the chance of suited cards for the smooth caller are pretty good (as well...

Re: 2 pre-flop coldcalling situations
I for one (if there were at least 3 limpers prior to the raise) would reraise here. The raiser is correct in raising anything from middle pair to AA AK etc. This is a huge hand under these conditions...

Re: KJ--Let\'s do it street by street...
I didn't get a chance to respond pre-flop but this is exactly why I hate playing this hand out of position. If I was to play this hand I would raise and reraise hoping to buy the button but I don't...

Sucess in Poker
What I mean is do you log your sessions and if so how many units is a good session? I play mostly $3-$6, and I'm curious as to what people would feel good about let's say over a weeks period of time...

Re: ATs in BB: Raise this flop?
I reraise here. First off you "probably have the lead". Secondly you gain positional advantage over the rest of the field, since it is likely that you will wind up heads up with the SB.

Help with this Flush draw ?
I recently played the following hand on UB in a $3-$6 Holdem game.
I had Ad 3d in very early position, I limp in 3 callers including the SB and BB. ($12 in the pot). The flop is 2d 8d Jc ....
