Re: SSNL Tournament
is registration open until tourny start time? I'm going away to the dominican today and don't have a stars account yet. And are we playing this seriously or messing around?

Re: ATs UTG flops top 2
I don't think this is terrible. I don't think it's great either but you're ahead of plenty here. Especially since yesterday at a full table at party I had a guy do this with AK, TPTK and my set was...

Re: Interesting Hands
hand one, don't try to push donks off of hands. By the turn you're only about 1 in 3 to win the hand vs a pair and likely don't have any fold equity.

Re: AJo in the blinds
If he's a donk that raises too much preflop but limped here I would've raised PF. If you think you're good on the flop, the turn is effectively a blank. I would just lead the turn for 2/3 though.

Re: Turn raise size...
very standard hand in NL. Pot size raise the flop (you let him draw cheaply by calling and you can most likely get more value). 1/2-2/3 pot size bet this turn.
EDIT: In NL the object is to...

Something like 41.56/17.6/3.51
that's way too high. laggy should be no more than 28-31%. how many hands have you been the above? what's your ptb/100?

unlucky, I’m not check/folding before the flop, that’s too weak-tight. This is AKo. AQo I definitely muck, OOP.

Mercman572,
If he's a bad LAG, I think posting this hand is unnecessary. We'll find a call regardless of what we say. Nonetheless,

Isura,
What is your plan if he re-raises all-in. I'd hate to make a difficult call here. Why not check/call. I don't want to give the villain a chance to take the pot...

thedustbustr,
What bluff are you picking off tptk + re-draw to nut flush? this hand can only get you into trouble. Sans /images/graemlins/diamond.gif redraw, easy fold.

Picking off a bluff
No current reads (I am on my comp at home, my other PT data is at school) but I think I remember this villain as being a bad LAG. I'm just not buying this turn bet. Thoughts?

Re: Fold or Call

If he had AA he should have raised preflop,...
